At Spyxaroncriz, we take pride in manufacturing high-quality custom blinds and curtains tailored specifically to your measurements and preferences. Due to the custom nature of our products, our return policy differs from standard retail items.

Return Timeframe

For eligible returns, you must notify us of any issues within 7 days of delivery. Returns must be initiated within this timeframe to be considered. Once we approve your return request, you will have an additional 14 days to return the product to us. All returns must be received by us within 21 days of the original delivery date, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return, products must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must have a manufacturing defect or error on our part
  • The product must be in its original, unused condition (except for defects)
  • All original packaging, tags, and documentation must be included
  • The return must be initiated within the specified timeframe
  • You must provide proof of purchase or order number

Products that have been installed, altered, damaged by misuse, or show signs of wear beyond normal inspection will not be accepted for return unless the damage is due to a manufacturing defect.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are handled as follows:

  • Manufacturing Defects: If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part, we will cover all return shipping costs
  • Customer-Initiated Returns: For returns that are not due to our error (such as change of mind, incorrect customer measurements, or design preference changes), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Return Authorization: All returns must be authorized by us before shipping. We will provide a return authorization number and shipping instructions
  • Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance for returns, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide photographs of the defect or issue, if applicable
  3. Wait for our approval and return authorization number

Non-Returnable Items

The following items or circumstances are not eligible for return:

  • Custom products that have been manufactured correctly according to your specifications but you have changed your mind
  • Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear
  • Products that have been altered, modified, or customized by the customer after delivery
  • Products returned more than 21 days after delivery (unless otherwise agreed)
  • Products missing original packaging, tags, or components
  • Products that have been used or installed, except when reporting manufacturing defects
  • Special order or clearance items, unless defective

General Legal Requirements

This return policy is designed to comply with applicable consumer protection laws, including:

  • State and federal consumer protection regulations
  • Uniform Commercial Code provisions regarding warranties and returns
  • Distance selling regulations where applicable
  • Consumer rights regarding defective products

Nothing in this policy limits your legal rights as a consumer. If you are located in a jurisdiction with specific consumer protection laws that provide greater rights, those laws will apply to the extent they conflict with this policy.

Custom-Made Products

All blinds and curtains manufactured by Spyxaroncriz are made to order based on your specific measurements, fabric selections, and design requirements. Because these products are customized for your unique windows and preferences, they generally cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. If you receive a product that has any of the following issues, please contact us immediately:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or construction
  • Incorrect measurements that were our responsibility
  • Wrong fabric or color from what was confirmed in your order
  • Damaged products upon delivery
  • Missing components or hardware

  • Manufacturing a replacement product at no additional cost
  • Partial or full refund in cases where replacement is not feasible

Customer Responsibility

Please note that we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for issues arising from incorrect measurements provided by the customer, changes to design preferences after manufacturing has begun, or normal wear and tear after installation. We strongly recommend using our professional measuring service to ensure accurate dimensions.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Before Manufacturing: If you cancel your order before manufacturing begins, you will receive a full refund of any deposit or payment made
  • During Manufacturing: Once production has started, cancellations may result in a partial refund depending on how far the manufacturing process has progressed. We will calculate the refund based on materials used, labor completed, and any non-recoverable costs
  • After Manufacturing: Orders cannot be cancelled after manufacturing is complete and the product is ready for delivery, except in cases of manufacturing defects
  • Cancellation Request: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to helloY3mxs9K1m or in writing to our business address. Verbal cancellations are not accepted
  • Processing Time: Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 10-15 business days after approval

We reserve the right to refuse cancellation requests if materials have been specially ordered or cut, or if significant manufacturing work has been completed. In such cases, we will work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Refund Process

When a return is approved, we will process refunds according to the following procedures:

  • Inspection Period: Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it within 3-5 business days to verify the condition and confirm eligibility for refund
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method
  • Processing Time: Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your financial institution
  • Refund Amount: For manufacturing defects, you will receive a full refund including original shipping costs. For other eligible returns, the refund amount may exclude original shipping costs and return shipping costs, as applicable
  • Partial Refunds: In cases where a product is returned in less than original condition or missing components, we may issue a partial refund reflecting the diminished value
  • Replacement Option: Instead of a refund, you may choose to receive a replacement product if the original was defective. Replacement products will be manufactured at no additional cost

You will receive email confirmation when your refund has been processed. If you do not receive your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately.

Warranty Coverage

All products manufactured by Spyxaroncriz come with a warranty that covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues. Warranty terms vary by product type and will be detailed in your order documentation. The warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
